Pros: Breaks were as long as you wanted as long as you finshed the building within the time limit

A typical day at work involved clocking in at exactly 5:00pm monday-friday(occasionally weekends. After clocking in I would do a walk through of the building to see if there is any dishes that needed to be placed in the dishwasher, if so then i would take them and place them in the dishwasher. Then i would get the cleaning cart from the supply closet and make sure that I have everything I needed, if not then I would stock the cart. Once I have stocked the cart then I start cleaning in the back of the building and work my way to the front.
