Great product, poor management
Manager (Current Employee), Vancouver, WAMay 23, 2014
Great product with great people at the ground level. Senior management is way over their heads, with little idea of where they're trying to go. Directions change daily even if that's at the expense of long-term employees. Some within the organization try to make that better, but the apple is rotten at the core.

I had the same experience there. The management team in Vancouver are just lackeys for the owner in China, and seem to think that their constant confusion means they're dynamic leaders open to change, instead of yes-men lacking a plan. It seems like a potentially great business being run by children.

I worked for a few months in the service department. Management is clueless. Bunch of people trying to suck up to a VP and President who have no idea what they doin. Stay away.

Fun environment with the focus on team work
Warehouse Manager (Former Employee), Irvine,CaSeptember 12, 2012
Pros: team building events
Cons: poor upper management
A typical day consisted of shipping as much as possible, meeting deadlines, customer requests and special requests were daily struggles that were always accomplished. The team environment was a major plus, having team building events really kept the core together. The hardest part of the job was to leave and the most enjoyable again was the team environment
