The Company’s service suite includes customer care, sales support, order processing, accounts receivable management, technical and product support and other industry-specific processes. On February 25, 2009, the Company entered into an agreement to sell Domain.com, its wholly owned subsidiary, to A. Emmet Stephenson, Junior (Jr.).
