Cons: great benefits, and unlimited overtime, advancement encouraged
A typical shift at Startek was completely smooth everyday. Scheduled breaks, and back-to-back incoming calls. I enjoyed the consistency in my day. Full-time only employees. I learned many customer service techniques, and developed an entirely new skill set in the customer relations field. The hardest part of the job was problem just sitting in one place, so I did enjoy my breaks because I like to get up and move around every once in a while. The most enjoyable was the great team, and the strive to meet daily goals and call statistics.
