• Management of Operations / Administration staff, between 1 and 2 part-time employees at a time. • Fully supporting both the Executive Vice President and the other 20 employees administratively. Occasionally I supported the Chief Executive Officer. • Customer and public relations both over the telephone and in person. • Preparation of letter, budgets, memos, etc. • Perform administration / secretarial functions, such as phone coverage, filing, sorting and distributing incoming departmental mail. • Confirming appointments via e-mail. • Responsible for generating company leads for account executives. • Responsible for running errands to bank and to pick up supplies from store. • Preparation of invoice information as well as taking care of billing information and letters.
