Customer Service (Current Employee) –  Austin, TXApril 18, 2014
Overall I enjoy working here. There are challenges such as undocumented processes, out-dated technology (not all), uneducated management in the way of business concepts, and running into coworker mentality of doing the minimum amount of work. The idea of team is hit and miss here. What I do appreciated is the opportunity and support to self improve in education if one chooses to act on it. In my area the powers that be actually want to here ideas once in awhile, but you must go through proper channels. They really need outsider information to bring their antiquated systems up to speed.
Pros
healthcare, vacation, education, parking
Cons
traffic, slow to improve

Great team of professionals!
Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TexasFebruary 9, 2012
Working with the "crew" at The State Bar Of Texas was like finding another part of family that I had not met before; from the beginning.

One of the most important part of that experience was: out of all the "crew," I was never treated as a "minority," I respect (today)and was treated, and respected, as a member of the team that it took to make this office what it is today: a "crew" of professionals.
Pros
i learned from "scratch, " quite a bit about attorneys, their guidelines and how some maintained them.
Cons
"the traffic!"
