Overall I enjoy working here. There are challenges such as undocumented processes, out-dated technology (not all), uneducated management in the way of business concepts, and running into coworker mentality of doing the minimum amount of work. The idea of team is hit and miss here. What I do appreciated is the opportunity and support to self improve in education if one chooses to act on it. In my area the powers that be actually want to here ideas once in awhile, but you must go through proper channels. They really need outsider information to bring their antiquated systems up to speed.
