About the Job:
Work as team member of a State Farm independent contractor agent assisting the agent in marketing State Farm products and services and in providing quality service to State Farm customers.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
Licensed in Property/Casualty or Life/Health or must be able to obtain.
Experience in marketing and/or customer service desirable.
Experience with computer software desirable.
Knowledge of personal lines insurance products desirable.
Ability to learn and apply product, industry and market knowledge to make professional recommendations to prospects and policyholders.
Ability to influence others.
Ability to create professional business relationships with prospects and policyholders.
Ability to take initiative and act effectively in various circumstances without direction.
Ability to organize, operate and assume the risk of running a business with a focus on marketing and customer service.
Driven by achievement and financial rewards with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Ethical and easily able to build trust.
Proven success driving business results (not limited to insurance or financial services).
Strong listening, oral and written communication skills.
