Here's what people have asked and answered about working for and interviewing at State of Arizona.
Very good people to be around and helpful boss there.
Experience with family centered practice.
It takes about any where from 2-4 months. You have to apply, complete an assessment, have a phone interview, then have a face to face interview. You should get a fingerprint clearance card in advance. Once done you will be offered a position and then go to CORE training for 2 weeks after that. Then depending on your case management position your personal life could be non-existent from that point going forward. This job can be very stressful, overwhelming, but a great experience nonetheless. I love working with the families, especially the children.
