Five stars--very supportive of teachers, with an earnest desire to help our students.

There is a great need for qualified instructors in the state of Arizona. I have never had difficulty working for the state, beginning as a Social Studies for the Cartwright District, and after 2011, as a contractor for the state. (being assigned to different schools to help students at risk.)

Staff is friendly, management can be demanding and have unrealistic expectations. Case loads are very high and many employees end up taking leave in order to decompress. There is diversity; however, not so much when it comes to religion. Most employees are Christians.

Everyone working for the state is scared to death of losing their job. upper management does not work with their employees.
