I am very lucky and get one sick day per pay period which is every 2 weeks. So in total I get 24 per year and start with 5 upon hire.

Sick leave is prorated on actual hours worked per pay period. Allowance of 7 incidents a year, unless leave is FMLA approved. More than 2 days of leave in one incident requires physician approval.

The sick leave is accrued during each work week and I think you get 8 hours a month. I believe you can earn up to 48 hours per year.
