Developmental Specialist, III (Current Employee), Las Vegas, NV –
This agency is great and used to be even better. Due to recent budget cuts, it is hard to feel like you are doing a whole lot more than "pushing paper." They have also reduced our pay, and benefits have gotten so expensive.

State of Nevada Early Childhood Mental Health
Child Care Worker (Former Employee), Las Vegas, NV –
For the past five years I was employed with the State of Nevada's Early Childhood Mental Health Day Treatment program and it helped me decide to pursue my degree in social work. This position has also taught me so much about myself, people, and life in general and I am so happy I got the opportunity to work for this wonderful program.
