Intensive, it was a panel interview with a group of 15 other applicants all being interviewed together and then breaking us into groups to do a group project.

14 people on a panel. Sheesh! Was offered the job but turned it down because no one could make a decision without having 13 other people weigh in on it. Endless meetings!

There was not an interview. There was a long drawn out process of being certified. An 8 hour class, which was informative and helpful. The red tape per say , waiting for the state to recognize who you are and start paying you a check took from day one about 3 months.
