Its been my experience that the state of Tn. does not get in a hurry to hire anyone.after applying. for position, expect two months before receiving your 1st.paycheck.first month is spent coordinating orientation, background checks, drug screens, etc.. Then working entire month before 1st payday.Will take about 3 months to c the ligjt at the end the tunnel.Good Luck!!!
