Productive, easy place to work. Great for people persons!

Tourists. You'll definitely know how to be a better one after working here. You'll see all different types from all over the world. The thing is, for how different they are they are always the same. They never want to follow instructions (even when they speak and understand English) and insist that they know more than you (the customer isn't always right). A lot of times this just results in laughs but sometimes the customers can become very indignant. That's the biggest drawback from this job.
For the positives: if you like people you'll like it here. The lower level workers and managers are great. They are just regular people with regular lives like any other company. They can balance the lunacy around them with a bit of lunacy of their own.
The upper management on the other hand is disconnected for lack of a better term. They just want to see results (unrealistic I might add) and don't take their staff into consideration. Being understaffed is not uncommon. Implementation of poor designs and ideas are also commonplace. It is as if they never spent a day at the lower ranks to see how the magic is made.
Then there are those wonderful tourists. The ones who know what they want and are ready for you to help them. You can learn so much about far away place. You'll make new friends for sure! These people make it great. You'll love this job and this city all because of them.
In the end, you'll learn a lot and deal with a lot. I would definitely recommend this company for younger folks. It's great while in school but once you're out, leave. If I had learned anything from here it is that.
