In fiscal 2008, lunch and dinner sales accounted for approximately 38% and 45% of total sales, while breakfast and late night sales account for 6% and 11% of total sales, respectively. Counter and dining room sales represent approximately 60% of the sales mix, while sales for off-premises dining represent approximately 40% of the sales mix.
