As a server, management does not offer enough support to the servers or BOH staff. I am typically the only server and one (occasionally two) BOH cook/drive thru crew member. No one to make Shakes, Servers end up making all the shakes, cleaning the entire restaurant: including dishes and barhrooms. I finally quit when they expected me to be the only Server, and work drive-thru, and act as a hostess, run the cash register and make shakes, beg for food from the one cook that also had multiple “job requirements”. All of this meant the customers recieved slow service and I looked like a mess - trying to make shakes (and getting ice crem on my uniform) and wearing a drive thru headset and getting dish water spashed on my pants. My tips went from $10 a table to $1 or $2 a table as soon as I was required to put on a headset and work BOH & FOH.

I was hired to be a Server and my livelyhood depends on tips. Once the tips started to decline, I was just a fool making $2.13 an hour.
