Poor community, poor culture
Production (Current Employee) – Santa Ana CA – May 9, 2015
There isnt much to say about this company that, if you have worked for them, you dont already know.
They do not promote from within. They recently started offering incentives to employees for referrals, but they cant give their long-term employees raises. They rolled out this program AFTER asking employees to help vote them one of the best employers to work for in Orange county (this alone should speak volumes about their practices in general)
They want highly qualified people in low-level positions for less than current industry standard pay.
If they do promote people, they do not promote based on qualifications and experience. They promote (or not) on how much they like or dislike you.
Low expertise management. Poor people skills. Human resources is an adversary, not an advocate.
Lots and lots of younger people with no mortgage experience performing work that requires expertise (you can imagine how that works out). Poor training offered.
