This position of Construction Coordinator Executive reports to the Senior Construction Executive and is responsible for managing tenant coordination projects as the Owner’s representative on assigned projects to facilitate and expedite tenant openings and close out. This may include, but not be limited to design coordination, budgeting, contracting, execution of Landlord work, and project reporting. Person must be able to manage in a very fast paced environment. The product we produce is very high quality and creative, and this person will be expected to implement this approach to the tenant coordination process.
As the lead person of the Tenant Coordination department, this individual will be responsible for the overall performance of the team, its members, and tenant coordination processes and procedures. Must be a team player and have the ability to lead teams to successful completion of projects. Must possess excellent communication skills, be schedule and detail focusd and results driven.
5 – 10 years experience with a Developer in a Tenant Coordinator role preferred, but will consider experience as a Tenant representative. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Architecture, required.
