The job is basically to be very charismatic, and make friends by creating small talk. The job can be very frustrating because the people you speak to can be hard to read, and you basically have to talk them into going to their appointment to speak with someone at the school and if you don't do it correctly or get them excited enough they wont show up to their appointments, and that is your stats, people who show up, and people who sign up.
You are required to listen to your phone calls with your manager.
You have to go through a temp agency before being made an actual employee so until then no benefits of any kind.
