International Fashion Logistics Company is seeking talented candidate to join its client services team as:
Jr. Account Executive/Customer Service Representative
This position should possess a high level of involvement with the customer service, planning, distribution and inventory control of a major fashion brand under limited supervision. Ideal candidate will provide key support within the following areas of responsibility:
Management and follow up of all customer service verbal and written communications;
Respond to customer inquiries and claims in a timely fashion;
Completing, submitting, and tracking client requests;
Work closely updating client databases per contractual and operating instructions.
Supervise and follow up the receiving, merchandise allocation, picking and packing as well as the shipping of client orders in the warehouse floor;
Document and reconcile all delivery times, manpower and transportation costs for monthly closing of the billing process.
Coordinate and control the order cycle and update associated information systems.
Analyze data and monitor performance and improvements as needed.
Monthly reconciliation of inventory movement for the assigned account.
Education and Experience:
"1-3 years of experience assisting as part of customer service/warehouse logistics team".
Related College Degree (Bachelors highly desirable)
Bilingual preferred; Spanish
Exceptional team player, able to multitask and meet multiple deadlines;
Superb customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as high attention to detail.
Self-starter and high level of initiative are competencies required in this position.
