Management out of touch with reality of Plant conditions. Two tiers of employee longevity creates antagonistic work conditions. Management held hostage by long term worker attitudes. Newer employees left with challenging conditions because of two tier situation. Plant is old and updates slow in response to necessity. Maintenance team experienced, but short handed. Work hours long, plenty of overtime , but forget having a life.
This COULD actually be a good place to work, but current management condition, particularly with fear of losing experienced employees, creates in house animosity situation where employees are miserable. If you want to make GOOD money, and don't mind miserable coworkers, this is the job for you.
