Accounting & Administrative Assistant

Looking for an Individual With:

  • Extremely Proficient & Knowledgable with Quickbooks
  • At least 3-5 years Experience Managing Quickbooks for a Business
  • Detailed Knowledge of Inventory & Purchase Orders use within Quickbooks
  • Detailed Knowledge of Managing Quickbooks for a Wholesale, Manufacturing, and Retail Business
  • Ability to Think Through How to Categorize and Book Income & Expenses
  • Detailed Knowledge of the Use of Classes within Quickbooks
  • Ability to Reconcile Statements within Quickbooks
  • Detailed Understanding of Proper Receiving of Product within Quickbooks & the Corresponding Booking
  • Detailed Understanding of Working Within Different Business Units in Quickbooks
  • Understanding of Basic Tax Principles
  • Complete Understanding of Accounting Principles
  • Complete Understanding and Ability to run Key & Custom Financial Reports in Quickbooks
  • Ability to do Financial Modeling
  • Complete Understanding of Budgeting & Forecasting Correctly
  • Ability to Manage & Organize (& Maintain Correctly) All Paper Files

This Individual Must Also:
