Independent Account Manager - Designer Jewelry - Position

Looking for Current or Former Female Fashion Model Who Wants to Have a Sales Career Representing a Rising Designer Jewelry Line
Requiring a Successful Luxury Fashion Model with a Big Personality:

  • At Least 5 Years of Proven Experience Modeling Or Selling Within Luxury Department Store & Boutiques (Upscale Retail Stores)
  • Experience with Selling Luxury Fashion Products to Luxury Department Stores & Boutique is a Plus
  • Such Modeling And/Or Sales Experience in the Area of Luxury Fashion Design or Fine Designer Jewelry is Preferred
  • Confidence to Stake All of One’s Compensation on the Sales Results He / She Creates
  • A Take Charge, Action-Oriented Approach and No Excuses Attitude
  • An Upscale Personal Style
  • A Plus to Have Strong Personal Clientele Book with Wholesale Luxury Accounts (Upscale Retail Department Stores & Boutiques) that Translates into Sales
  • Very Strong Ability to Work Very Closely with End Customers (of Retail Stores) during Trunk Shows / Events & Very Strong Confidence to Make Styling & Product Selections for End Clients (of Retail Stores)
  • Very Strong Ability to Organize, Plan, & Effectively Manage at Least 2 Events / Trunk Shows a Month
  • Very Strong Ability to Effectively Work with Department Managers, PR Managers, and Sales Associates of Luxury Retail Stores (The Company’s Clients)
  • Very Strong Ability to Market the Brand to the Targeted Clientele
  • Strong Positive Energy Regardless of Situation or Day’s Events
  • Very Strong Ability to Quickly Learn Product (Currently Luxury Designer Jewelry) Features, Background & Benefits but At the Same Time not Having the Need to “Know all About the Product” to Sell it

Other Requirements / Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Sales of Luxury Wholesale Accounts (Luxury Retail Stores) From Their Stock & From Events / Trunk Shows
  • Very Strong Ability & Confidence to Achieve Targeted Sales Results No Matter What
  • Strong Ability to Follow Outlined Merchandising Standards & Very Strong Skills in Working with Luxury Wholesale Accounts (Luxury Retail Stores) to Display Store Stock Correctly and In Alignment with Brand Standards
  • Very Strong Ability to Train Staff of Luxury Wholesale Accounts (Luxury Retail Stores) on Features, Benefits, & Key Selling Points of the Company’s Products
  • Very Strong Ability to Motivate Staff of Luxury Wholesale Accounts (Luxury Retail Stores) to Establish and Exceed Sales Goals for the Company’s Products
  • Responsible for Effective & Efficient Set Up, Break Down, and Reporting on all Events / Trunk Shows with Clients
  • Responsible for All Pre-Show, During Show, & After Show Execution for Events / Trunk Shows
  • Responsible to Check Stock of Product and Visual Aids (Marketing Pieces) for Clients and Submit Report Quickly on Needed Replenishment
  • Responsible for Enforcement of Company & Sales Standards & The Highest Customer Service Levels
  • Responsible for Upholding Brand Standards & Guidelines While Effectively Communicating the Aesthetic, Lifestyle, & Brand Philosophy to Sales Associates of Wholesale Luxury Accounts (Luxury Retail Stores) & End Clients of said Retail Stores
  • Responsible for All Check-Out Inventory for Trunks / Events
  • Need Extremely Strong Verbal Communication Skills
  • Need Very Strong Ability to Empower a Team to Perform Better as a Group Instead of Separate Individuals
  • Need Ability to Motivate Sales Associates and Generate Improvements in Sales Results of Each Associate & Group as a Whole
  • Very Strong Planning & Organization Skills
  • Very Strong Attention to Detail
  • Very Strong Ability to Organize, Plan, & Meet Deadlines
  • Very Confident to Make Quick, Solid Decisions for the Benefit of the Company
  • Very Comfortable in an Every-Changing, Entrepreneurial Environment
  • Very Strong Ability to Adapt and Be Successful in Any Environment
  • Enjoys Wearing Multiple “Hats” and Does NOT get Overwhelmed Easily
  • Very Strong Team Player Who is Not “Above” Any Task and Will Contribute Wherever Needed
  • Very Strong Ability to Follow All Policies & Procedures to the “T”

We are not interested in someone with “big” luxury wholesale or retail experience who cannot effectively work in an entrepreneurial environment where one wears multiple hats with ease.
