Requiring a Full Time Successful Luxury Retail Sales Associate with:

  • At Least 3 Years of Proven Experience Selling on the Floor in a Luxury Retail Environment
  • Confidence to Stake Most of One’s Compensation on the Sales Results He / She Creates in the Luxury Boutique
  • A Take Charge, Action-Oriented Approach and No Excuses Attitude
  • An Upscale Personal Style
  • A Strong Personal Clientele Book That Translates to Sales
  • Ability to Manage “Clienteling,” Call Lists, and Active Opportunities for Oneself in an Organized, Efficient, & Effective Manner
  • Very Strong Ability to Work Very Closely with Clients & Very Strong Confidence to Make Styling & Product Selections for Clients
  • Strong Positive Energy Regardless of Situation or Day’s Events
  • Ability to Effectively Work in a Team Environment Where Personal Goals Are Achieved but Also Where One Makes the People Around Him / Her Better
  • Proficient Knowledge of “Retail Pro” POS System
  • Very Strong Ability to Quickly Learn Product Features, Background & Benefits but At the Same Time not Having the Need to “Know all About the Product” to Sell it

  • Responsible for Monthly Sales Quota
  • Very Strong Ability & Confidence to Achieve Targeted Sales Results No Matter What
  • Responsible for Enforcement of Boutique Standards & The Highest Customer Service Levels
  • Responsible for Upholding Brand Standards & Guidelines While Effectively Communicating the Aesthetic, Lifestyle, & Brand Philosophy to Customers
  • Understanding of Retail Operations Including, but not Limited to: Merchandising, Inventory Control, Loss Prevention, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service
  • Need Extremely Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Need Ability to Motivate Oneself Everyday
  • Strong Planning & Organization Skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Strong Ability to Organize, Plan, & Meet Deadlines
  • Very Confident to Make Quick, Solid Decisions for the Benefit of the Boutique
  • Very Comfortable in an Every-Changing, Entrepreneurial Environment
  • Very Strong Ability to Adapt and Be Successful in Any Environment
  • Enjoys Wearing Multiple “Hats” and Does NOT get Overwhelmed Easily
  • Very Strong Team Player Who is Not “Above” Any Task in the Boutique and Will Contribute Wherever Needed
  • Very Strong Ability to Follow All Boutique Policies & Procedures to the “T”

We are not interested in someone with “big” retail experience who cannot effectively work in a “small” boutique environment where one wears multiple hats with ease.
