Everyone worked as a team, and I learned a lot about Customer Service. I enjoyed the accomplishment of helping clients. The management were great mentors and it was a family atmosphere. The hardest part of the job came when the company went out of business in 2005. The most enjoyable part of the job came from the satisfaction of helping customers and building rapport. The Stephens company was a great place to work.
