I LOVED working here. They are organized and lenient with the employees. They make sure they get everyone involved with different activities as well as make sure everyone is on the same page.

Nice Museum, but management shows favortism
Former Employee (Former Employee) –  CTAugust 17, 2012
Museum is well organized, but behind the other doors management shows alot of favortism, you only grow to the next level if you are in good with the top management. Not fair to others. Not a good place to work at. Needs to be reorganized.
Pros
use of museum
Cons
wages, benefits, and management

Community Relations Associate (Former Employee) –  Norwalk, CTNovember 21, 2011
Stepping Stones is a great place to work for if you are interested in working at a non-profit. They do great things for children in the community and have an outstanding mission. The compensation could be a lot better, as they only offer full time employees salary and benefits, and most of their staff is only allowed to work part time.
Pros
working for a good cause, friendly staff.
Cons
no benefits, jumbled management.
