Duties & Responsibilities
Provide support to assigned attorney(s) and paralegal(s)
Transcribe dictation, format documents into final form, proofread, copy, scan, mail, etc.
Process incoming and outgoing mail
File/e-file documents w/ courts and/ or agencies
Opening/ closing files, consistent w/ department & firm practice;
Scheduling - depositions, court reporters, hearings, conference calls, meetings, travel
Manage data & prepare presentations as needed
Office duties including copying, scanning, faxing, time entry, call edit, filing, etc.
Manage & calendar time deadlines of meetings, court documents, etc.
Other assigned duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Ability to multi-task
Strong reading, writing & arithmetic skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal & written
Ability to prioritize & work under a tight schedule
Ability to manage others as needed
Proficient computer skills (working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Ability to work OT, as needed, to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently & cooperatively in a team environment
