If manager is in town, pull all files needed for his/her day per schedule, ensure his/her office is set up and ready before arrival time, get a lunch order if needed, make proper meal and other prep arrangements for his/her meetings for the day.
Perform computer work and tasks as needed throughout the day as needed to support managerial staff, such as coordinating meetings through calendar management, making travel arrangements, preparation of reports, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
Work on expense reports, and any other on-going tasks as needed.
At the end of the day, review morning tasks for the next day and print out any materials for the first meetings of the morning. File/store all materials, especially sensitive material which is stored in locked filed, and clean/organize desk area.
