decent work environment with poor advancement options
Call Center Representative (Current Employee) – Brookfield, WI – June 21, 2017
Typical day: Answering phone call for our clients and assisting them through customized scripts that were tailored to their needs.
What I learned: Patient is key to surviving in the business world. Also, don't take a customer's words to heart.
The hardest part of the job: Low amount of appreciation and pay for the amount of work we do. Often times, they add new accounts, some that are very demanding to us as agents, yet there is never an increase in salary even after we add nearly 100 new clients over several months.
