Thank you for being honest with yourself and with us, the prospective employees. I was looking to obtain employment with Sterling Co. which bought the former company I was working with for some time as a store manager. It looks like they have bought the right company because you just described the company that was bought by Sterling/Kay jewelers! The company they bought had the same unrealistic goals, in one month my goals were raised by 36%, bipolar managers, tantrums and tiaras, dishonest employees, thieves that were dismissed and then rehired. I was terminated making goals on everything, all standards, for the reason that I have had a pocket knife in the stock room! I guess smart, hard-working people are a real threat for those at the other end of the moral spectrum. Thank you for being brave. No human should go through indignities for a handful of dollars!

I managed to obtain an interview, and not even half way through the interview I was not only made feel like I didn't stand a chance for the opening but just as well, because that g.m. was so unbelievably and unnecessarily rude. I am really sorry for the employees there, sure you have a nice job and wear a nice outfit, but most definitely not worth my time.
