It is so true about the under staffing. They do not care on higher levels about what stress you are under. Doctors in the area of home office will will attest there is a lot of Sterling employees on meds for anxiety. The culture there is you better think that this place is your life. The way people are treated the benefits are not even worth it.

Couldn't have said it better myself. The place is sort of ran like a prison. Accept you may leave when your shift ends. The poor people that work in the basement are treated the worst. You look at these people and they just have a blank stare like this is the end of the road for them. I walked into the building to start my shift one time and was in the process of clocking in. I had a security say in a stern voice...downstairs NOW. I looked around and apparently there was a tornado drill going on. He could of just said good morning...we are having a tornado drill please go to the basement.....or something like that.
