The treatment experienced directly from the CEO in addition to many other negative factors. You are treated as if you are incompitant and worthless most days. He has no patience and talks in a degrading manor to almost all employees daily. Employees are not even trusted enough to send emails. He also promotes top management to treat women terribly. I say that because he does nothing to reprimand them, instead you are told to just take the high road and ignore the abuse. And reviews are only given regularly to remote employees that do not deserve even the pay check they collect. Others average reviews every 6 years. Mostly, no matter how big your projects are and how successful you are, you are still treated like a failure and disappointment to the CEO. This atmosphere will destroy your self esteem and suck the life out of you, if you allow it to. That is why I look forward to giving my notice in the very near future.
