Steve LeVine Entertainment & Public Relations (SLE) is currently hiring a Human Resources and Operations Assistant. This position assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the company. The HR and Operations Assistant carries out responsibilities in all of the following areas: payroll and compensation, billing, departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, organization development, executive administration, and employment.

Job Duties:

-Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the HR office
-Maintain employee files and the HR filing system
-Uphold all federal and state employment laws
-Manage employee relations
-Facilitate employee reviews and performance management
-Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping
-Recruiting and staffing logistics
-Administer payroll and medical benefits
-Maintain a fun, positive company culture by facilitating office events
-Employee safety, welfare, wellness, health reporting, and employee services
-Manage all aspects of billing including accounts payable and receivable
-Update and maintain Quickbooks account by working closely with bookkeeper


-Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources
-Human Resources experience (at least 1 year preferred)
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Quickbooks (preferred)
-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure
-Track record of success in a management or leadership role
-Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
-Strong sense of tact and confidentiality
-Must be willing to work overtime and occasional events
