As a current employee of this company , I'm 100% satisfied with what they have to offer. I have had issues with coworkers in the past , which were addressed by my store manager and DM and were taken care of . As for the pay , the more you sell, the more you make . It's a win - win !! Product is great so it's easy to sell . All you have to do is provide great customer service and your commission will show up on your paycheck . Very fashion forward brand ! Best retail company I have ever worked for !!

I won't go into to much detail but if I had the chance to sit and speak with Mr.Madden I'd say to improve the sales even more then the work place should be fun and enjoyable. Hows that done? by keeping your employee's happy by showing them that they matter and are not just a 5 digit number on paper but that all starts with the leadership(DM,SM,ASM).
