The Board is way too involved in the daily functioning and new bus efforts of the company. Would be great if they were helping, but they don't understand how Federal technology and science provider selections are made. Way too much redefining processes, briefing slides, territory "realignment", and giving orders. Too little doing the actual work, and making/sticking with good decisions. Company has history of being often litigious and not honoring commitments to partners. Several leaders in their roles because they're drinking buddies, not because they've personally achieved success. Spend their time on meaningless internal fighting and throwing ea other under the bus.
