We are looking for an Office Administrator/Secretary to oversee administrative and basic marketing duties. This will be a part-time position initially.

Must be punctual and have fantastic grammar.

List of Responsibilities

*Respond to customer questions by phone and email
*Make facebook posts on company website (this can be learned easily)
*Basic book keeping
*Working knowledge with photoshop
*Data entry
*Proof reading
*Keeping vendors and employees on schedule with projects

We are an internet business, you must have fluent computer skills and know the basics of social media, blogs, and CRM’s

Compensation: $10-$14 DOE
Hours: Part-time and flexible
