As a BDR, you are required to make a minimum of 100 sales calls and 6 appointments a day. The managers are weak and immature. They have no understanding of how to lead their team. There is a lot of favoritism involved. The environment is heavily females. It's difficult to survive as a man in the work place as their is a lot of sexism. The hardest part of the job is dealing with your coworkers and leadership. Everything and everyone is very petty. The most rewarding is how much money you have the potential of making.
