Very quickly after starting the job, I realized this culture is very toxic. The people there are overworked and stressed from the fear of being fired. They are mistreated by some in management. In my first 4 days, I don't think I worked less than 10 hours, and got a lunch break only on my first day. The culture there is that you work 12-15 hour days, and they don't pay anyone enough to endure that type of expectation- or at the very least in my situation.
Floors are filled with empty cubicles from bodies who worked there in the past. Most people do not stay past 3 years there, and if you do, then you are in management, which isn't saying much for those poor souls who go promoted, cause they entire lives are chained to their desks.
Workers there are nice enough, when they have the 3 seconds a day they are allowed to look up from their computer monitors.
Honestly, I wish I read the reviews of this place before accepting the job. Lesson Learned.
