Stony Valley Contracting is truly a local Company with a strong understanding of the Oilsands Groups in Fort McMurray and their aggregate and associated light civil work requirements.
"Our Mission is to consistently work with our customers and aboriginal partners - taking a 'hands-on' entrepreneurial approach, resulting in the most cost effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of safety."
Most importantly, we are committed to safety and it is our goal to be an industry leader in this regard. Although Stony Valley Contracting is a relatively new company, the owners bring a strong safety history to the business. It is our objective to exercise the same 'hands-on' approach to safety with our employees and clients as we do with our business. We will instill our safety philosophy and grow our safety program to ensure our employees, as well as the people we work with, return home safely. Safety is a continuum that we believe must become a part of our every day culture in order to be effective. It is our responsibility and duty, as owners, to lead this approach by example and we will embrace this concept top down as well as bottom up.
