Storage Post has an opportunity for an experienced Web Marketing Manager to join our management program. We are a national real estate investment and management company experiencing high-growth. The position is based in our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

The Web Marketing Manager will be responsible for Storage Post’s online strategy, including natural and paid search, search engine optimization (SEO), and online display advertising. Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing the company’s online marketing program:

  • Effectively allocating marketing budget to ensure highest customer conversion rates
  • Accountability for improving online marketing ROI
  • Maintaining up-to-date expert knowledge of online marketing best practices and enabling technologies
  • Managing Storage Post’s internal and agency teams
  • Increasing website traffic and conversions through SEM / PPC / SEO and other online marketing techniques
  • Developing business cases for website enhancements and online marketing campaigns; then, monitoring and reporting ROI post-implementation
  • Creating online display advertising through channels targeting preferred audience segments
  • Initiating development of A/B and multivariate testing of site content and design to maximize traffic conversion
  • Analyzing link-building strategies and identifying new opportunities
  • Working closely with the Social Media Coordinator ensure social programs smoothly integrate with other online marketing programs

Managing the future direction of the Storage Post online presence:

  • Planning the expansion and improvement of the Storage Post web site, including content creation and landing pages
  • Researching and recommend new technologies, process improvements or reporting tools to improve engagement, maintenance and results of Storage Post's presence a variety of online channels
  • Writing clear functional requirements for website designers and developers
  • Providing direction for online user experience and site usability requirements to development team
  • Recommending and implementing on-site and off-site optimization strategies to achieve high organic listings in search engine results pages

Measuring and reporting effectiveness of online marketing programs:

  • Employing a highly analytical approach to SEM and SEO, using industry tools to cross reference and analyze large sets of data
  • Reporting web traffic, conversion, and campaign effectiveness
  • Analyzing programs and developing recommendations for revising online campaigns
  • Understanding the competitive and market landscape and our relative position for online marketing

Storage Post is transforming the storage industry. We work with large institutional investors to create and manage portfolios of self storage facilities. We currently own and manage dozens of properties on the east coast, and are rapidly expanding via acquisition and new property development. The Storage Post management team is one of the most experienced self storage teams in the industry, and the Web Marketing Manager will be central to executing our growth plans.

Other Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-7 years of online marketing experience required
  • Experience with analytical tools including Atlas, BrightEdge, and Google Analytics required
  • A track record of success working in dynamic organizations
