Stop trying to get people from the troy ohio facility to use their own vehicle to drive 3 hours North to Cleveland for mandatory weekly training. They are trying to tell the employees that they have to drive that far for training and that they have to use their own personal vehical. They never mention it in your interview, nor do they mention that full time to them is30 to 40 hours a week. Most people think that 40 hours is full time, that was the old law, now it is 30 to 40 hours, so make sure you ask that question. The DON is the problem, but corporate doesn't seem to care, even though they make you think they do.
