Are you a professional, detailed, who has good telephone skills and is detailed orientated?
We are seeking an experienced Office Manger for the Assertive Community Treatment Team.
The Office Manager is responsible for managing office schedules, preparing required reports, maintaining electronic medical records and answering the telephone. This person will be responsible for taking calls and ensuring messages are delivered in a timely manner to ACTT staff who work primarily in the community.
The most qualified candidates will possess a High School degree or equivalent, with a minimum 2 years' experience in an office setting with experience preferable. This candidate will also have good problem solving and analytical abilities, as well as be proficient in verbal and written communication and have excellent customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. This is a full time position with benefits
