Strategic Retail Solutions LLC, has immediate openings for part time Field Managers. The candidate must have flexibility with hours to include weekends.

The Field Manager will recruit, train, coach and manage retail merchandisers on a variety of programs to include resets, audits, demos, roadshows and more. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a field management capacity in the retail field. It is preferred the candidate has experience in the following: event marketing, retail merchandising, sales training or product demonstration.

The SRS Field Manager must be a self-starter that can work closely with the SRS Project Manager and merchandisers to handle their programs. It will be their responsibility to maintain and develop relationships with their Manager and merchandisers and develop SRSs positive presence with the Retailer account. The candidate needs to show leadership and creative problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and writing skills, high level of organization skills and time management skills are necessary.

Qualified candidates must have a proven track record meeting company goals. A working knowledge of Word and Excel is essential.

This is a home office based position requiring candidates to have a home office. Multiple positions are available throughout the U.S.
