Senior Procurement Analyst
Master's degree with a major in any field including or supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods or organization.
Minimum 10 years direct federal procurement experience in GS-1102 (or equivalent capacity), of which a minimum five years DoD procurement experience.
Exceptional knowledge of all phases of acquisition process.
Exceptional knowledge of contracting principles, laws regulation and procedures .
Demonstrated ability to provide expert technical advice, staff coordination and consultation to foster formulating guidelines, implementing new developments, and providing expert interpretation.
Acquisition Applications Specialist
A 4 year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any field that
includes or is supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the
following fields: finance, business, law, contracts, purchasing, quantitative methods
and organization, information technology, IT System Administration.
Ability to visualize, articulates, and solves both complex and uncomplicated problems
