Provide a variety of administrative and professional capabilities and support
to complement the Government's organic workplace capabilities. The support includes, but is
not limited to, program management, administrative and other related support requirements
associated with acquisition policy.

Senior Procurement Analyst

Master's degree with a major in any field including or supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods or organization.
Minimum 10 years direct federal procurement experience in GS-1102 (or equivalent capacity), of which a minimum five years DoD procurement experience.
Exceptional knowledge of all phases of acquisition process.
Exceptional knowledge of contracting principles, laws regulation and procedures .
Demonstrated ability to provide expert technical advice, staff coordination and consultation to foster formulating guidelines, implementing new developments, and providing expert interpretation.

Acquisition Applications Specialist

A 4 year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any field that
includes or is supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the
following fields: finance, business, law, contracts, purchasing, quantitative methods
and organization, information technology, IT System Administration.
Ability to visualize, articulates, and solves both complex and uncomplicated problems
and concepts. To gather and analyze information, design and test solutions to the

Knowledge of the acquisition process.
Knowledge of contracting principles, laws, and procedures.
Knowledge of Integrative Acquisition Environment and DOD acquisition system
policies and procedures.
Knowledge of the DOD Procurement Data Standard
Experience implementing acquisition systems, preferably a contract writing system
Experience with change management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Sharepoint, and Powerpoint.

Administrative Support

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of office experience
Demonstrated experience providing a wide range of administrative support to senior
management staff
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Superb professionalism and diplomacy; ability to interact with high-level individuals
Outstanding interpersonal and telephone mannerisms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience making business travel arrangements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to exercise good judgment on a consistent basis
Ability to multitask and prioritize a number of projects
Ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and
recognize solutions
High degree of ability to become proficient in the use and application of federal
Government business applications including Wide Area Workforce (WAWF), FPDS New Generation (NG), Defense Travel System (DTS) and Staff Action Control and Coordination Portal (SACCP).
