Poor culture and management. Mother may I culture, managers do not have any say, decision making ability without going to the CEO or COO. Blame for everything falls on the executives. No accountability. Lack of support and training from your supervisors and co-workers. You ask questions you are made to feel stupid or they do not get back to you for days at a time which in turn affects your productivity that is key to being successful. Quality and production numbers are first priority but you are not trained on the companies system and procedures in order to meet them.
