Customer Service Advisor, Cork - February 6, 2017
I have a versatile work performance base. My customer service is done through both email and phone. I’m currently working on a designing a phone pilot for an entirely email based office which will create a versatile customer service model for Stripe. My shift is a permanent 11.30 to 8.00 pm shift 5 days a week with no weekends. Through working in Stripe, I've learned about various integrations and national banking regulations. I've learned the legal terms of service that is needed in each country in order to start an online business. The management is very positive facing towards employees. They are very approachable and all charismatic in their own unique way. The culture of Stripe is very easy going and there's not too much unnecessary pressure put on staff. This enables us to have a more creative workplace, The toughest part of the job is that all emails and calls are unpredictable every day. We are dealing with our users money and this can also be quite a sensitive subject. I enjoy the culture and people in Stripe. This has made my transition to this job a very smooth path.
