Stripes LLC is in the process of interviewing candidates for Assistant Food Service Manager for multiple Divisions. This position will report directly to the General Manager.
Assist with the day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training and supervising employees. The Assistant Food Service Manager provides support in maintaining store profitability, expense control, inventory levels, and shortage control.
Provides prompt, courteous customer service and resolves customer complaints
Assists with recruiting, hiring and training positive, enthusiastic employees
Assists with assigning tasks such as: monitor food activities, prepare food displays, supervise food associates, plan and prepare work schedules, support management in calculations of food consumption, prepare food items per required menus and recipes, maintain food handler certification as required by country.
Assists in performing housecleaning duties necessary to maintain store cleanliness and basic upkeep and/or cleaning of all equipment in the store
Assists in maintaining proper inventory levels and shift audits
Performs all duties with minimal supervision; may be required to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings and perform other duties as assigned
Analyze financial data including but not limited to profit and loss statements, shortages, cashier analysis to identify business opportunities and increase sales.
High School diploma or GED required.
One - three years fast food/restaurant management experience preferred.
Proficient computer knowledge (preferred Word and Excel).
Ability to work shifts, holidays and weekends.
Successfully pass pre employment process.
Must be flexible and available for various shifts
