This is a good start for anyone starting in recruiting but not one to stick with. Put your time in here if you can take the mental beating. Most people in the area know of strom and know it is a tough place to work at.

it is a good start but thats it.

Cons: it is a dead end job
It's a good start if you want to be a recruiter at other companies but certainly not a place for a career at all there is no future. The compensation is low and the goal attainibility is non existant. Most people here are great and friendly, but the manager is out for himself and totally not friendly at all.
