Great Job to build quick wealth
BanBury Operator (Former Employee), Findlay, Ohio – April 23, 2013
Pros: great pay, lifelong friends, and enough per diem to have your own room and choose your own roommate.
Cons: no benefits, job is only temporary, and very long hours.
Made Good Money, Life Long Friends, and Brought a Benz...Gained valuable experience I otherwise wouldn't have gotten.

Enough Money Made To Do Alot When You Return Home.

Would work for them anytime!

Excellent job to quickly increase income but no potential to be a career
Dryer Operator (Current Employee), Grand Forks, ND – November 18, 2012
Pros: great pay
Cons: no days off
12 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, at any given town in the country. Long hours, long days, great pay. Working for Strom is for the strong minded, strong willed, ambitious person that doesn't mind being away from home and their family for long periods at a time.

chemistry position
Analytical Chemist (Former Employee), Minneapolis, MN – September 22, 2012
Pros: good pay
Cons: you are forced to pay for meals and hotel
The company's main vision is to help with strike and lockout situations. The financial compensation is great, however the position may last for 2 weeks or 5 months so there is no real security. you are required to work 7 days a week and normally 12 hour shifts. As far as far as co-workers it is no different than any other job. There will be those you – more... have a good relationship with and others you could do without. The Strom managers are not as concerned with the best interest of the employee, there idea of concern is the money you are getting paid for, but any personal problems they have little tolerance. – less

General laborer (Former Employee), Findlay, Ohio – May 10, 2012
Pros: money
Cons: being away from home
In these days and times this company can certainly provide a temporary pick me up. Though days after work are dull and boring, if your objective is to make money and accomplish a long term goal rather quickly then this should be a company that you consider for employment.
