We have been in this business for more than 15 years. David Hoban started in the Building Science and restoration industry after finishing his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota. After holding partnerships in other real estate investment companies, David started Structural Integrity April 1st, 1999. No fooling. David has – more... been a licensed Minnesota Builder since 1996 (lic # 20177177) and he is also a Certified Minnesota Building Official (MN2823) along with other professional certifications. Structural Integrity is also a EPA (NAT-25821-1)& Minnesota Dept of Health (LF3629) certified lead assessor and abatement firm. We are dedicated to serving our clients to give them peace of mind. Knowledge is power, especially when it comes to investment in your future. We have always been in the restoration business, but as the years went on we discovered that a more comprehensive approach was needed. So we have a wider field of view when it comes to any property or project, that means better service and cost effectiveness for you.
